I upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1 about a month ago. A couple of weeks ago I received a message about a system thread error and windows would have to restart. Well, the restart is in a tight loop, with a black screen, no cursor, and I can’t get to the BIOS or into safe mode. Apparently a lot of people are having this problem. I researched the internet and apparently the only solution is the removed the hard drive and reformat and re-install windows 10 on another computer. Apparently it was a bad graphics driver from NVidia that caused the problem. My computer is a Fujitsu NH 532 notebook. Are you familiar with this problem and can you help?
